Tom serves on the Board of Governors at
the H. Wayne Huizenga
School of Business and Entrepreneurship at Nova Southeastern
University.
Tom earned a BA Degree in Psychology from St. John’s
University and an MBA from Loyola University. Prior to founding
R.I.C. in 1975, Tom contributed his expertise in Marketing
and Human Resources at Motorola, Inc. Tom and his
wife currently reside in South Florida.
